Designed for Real Movement. Engineered for Comfort

Moving Shouldn't Mean Leaking

We know the struggle. Traditional external catheters require strict positioning. A simple turn in bed or a slight movement often leads to displacement, resulting in leaks, skin irritation, and the exhausting cycle of changing bed linens in the middle of the night. It’s time for a better standard of care.

Freedom to Move. Finally, Leak-Free

Secure Fit

Our proprietary design contours naturally to the female anatomy, ensuring the device stays securely positioned even during lateral turns and natural body movements. Say goodbye to repositioning.

Ultra-Soft Core

Made with premium, highly breathable materials that quickly wick moisture away from the skin. SecureSoft protects delicate tissue and helps prevent incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD).

Non-Invasive Safety

A safer alternative to indwelling (Foley) catheters, significantly reducing the risk of Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI).

How is SecureSoft different from the traditional wick system?

The biggest difference comes down to comfort, skin protection, and structural flexibility. SecureSoft features a proprietary SecureFit design with ultra-soft, flexible edges.Furthermore, SecureSoft is structurally more flexible and conforms beautifully to natural female anatomy. While rigid traditional wick catheter easily lose their seal and leak when a patient shifts in bed, SecureSoft's wider, compressible design moves dynamically with the body. This anatomical fit ensures reliable, continuous protection—even for active sleepers who toss and turn. Its forgiving shape means you do not need microscopically perfect placement to capture leaks, making it significantly easier and less stressful for caregivers to use during the night.

How to Apply SecureSoft: The Easy Placement Guide

One of the biggest advantages of SecureSoft is our ultra-soft, body-conforming fabric with stabilizing side wings. Unlike rigid plastic catheters, SecureSoft adhesive should never be stuck to the user's skin! Instead, our side wings are designed to fold over and secure to the OUTSIDE of snug underwear—just like a traditional winged pad. This eliminates sticky messes, prevents skin irritation, and keeps the device firmly locked in place all night.

🌟 Method 1: The "No-Adhesive" Tuck (Best for everyday/normal sleep)
You can completely skip peeling the adhesive backing paper!

1. Prep: Have her pull a pair of snug, breathable underwear (or mesh pants) up to her mid-thighs/groin area.
2. Place: Gently part the labia with one hand. With your other hand, place the SecureSoft device directly against the urethra opening with the adhesive paper still left on.
3. Secure: Immediately pull the underwear all the way up. The upward tension of the fabric will hold the device securely against the anatomy without any need for sticky tape!

🏃‍♀️ Method 2: The"Pre-Load" Method (For Active Sleepers)
Best for restless sleepers who toss and turn.

1. Attach to Underwear First:
Press the pad into the inside crotch of the underwear. Fold and stick the side wings to the OUTSIDE of the underwear.
2. Pull to Mid-Thigh: Pull the pre-assembled underwear up to mid-thighs.
3. Part & Pull Up: Gently part the labia with one hand, then pull the underwear all the way up in one smooth motion to align the pad with the anatomy.

Will SecureSoft work with the suction pump I already have at home?

Yes! SecureSoft is designed with universal compatibility. It works flawlessly with standard home and medical suction pumps, including the PureWick™ machine and Medline aspirators. As long as you have a standard suction setup, you are ready to go.

Do I still need to wear a diaper or use an underpad while using SecureSoft?

The great news is: you do not need to wear bulky adult diapers! While SecureSoft is highly effective at capturing nighttime urine, we do recommend a simple backup system. In fact, our testing shows that wearing regular, breathable cotton underwear works best. The cotton underwear gently helps keep the SecureSoft pad in the perfect position without trapping heat or moisture against the skin.
We also suggest placing a standard breathable bed pad (chux) underneath the patient for ultimate peace of mind in case of drastic movement or bowel incontinence. Because SecureSoft handles the heavy voiding, you can finally say goodbye to soaked, uncomfortable diapers!

Do I need a prescription from a doctor to buy SecureSoft?

No prescription is required to purchase SecureSoft directly from our website! You can order our $10 Starter Kit and 30-day supplies entirely out-of-pocket without needing to consult a doctor first. (Note: If you plan to submit receipts to insurance for reimbursement later, they typically require a prescription on file, but we do not need one to ship to you).

Can I use my HSA or FSA card to buy SecureSoft®?

Yes, absolutely! Under IRS guidelines, external catheters and incontinence supplies are 100% eligible medical expenses. You can use your HSA/FSA debit card directly at checkout, or use our itemized email receipt to submit a claim for reimbursement.

Is SecureSoft washable and reusable?

No. To prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and maintain optimal hygiene, SecureSoft is designed as a single-use, disposable device. We recommend changing it every 8 to 12 hours, or immediately if it becomes soiled with feces.

How does the $10 Starter Kit work?

We know trying a new medical product can be daunting, so we created a low-risk trial. Simply use the code TRIAL10 at checkout, and you will receive three (3) SecureSoft catheters for just $10. This gives you a few nights to experience the comfort and leak protection before committing to a full 30-day supply!

Is the SecureSoft catheter covered by insurance?

We are currently in the final stages of applying for our official PDAC approval (Medicare HCPCS code). While we wait for the final paperwork to clear, you still have options for coverage:

1. FSA / HSA Accounts: You can use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards directly at checkout on our website.

2. Private Insurance (Out-of-Network): If you have a private PPO insurance plan, we can provide you with an itemized medical receipt (a "Superbill") after your purchase. You can submit this to your insurance provider to claim reimbursement.

3. Waiting for Traditional Medicare? If you need to wait for our official Medicare code to process a claim, let us know! We can add you to our notification list and will email you the moment our Medicare approval is active.
